Hackrf Software Windows 10

Hackrf Software Windows 10
Hello all, I'm new here and to SDR in general so I apologize in advance for any mistakes or incorrect terminology.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any software other than SDR Angel that has transmit capability for the HackRF One. SDR Angel works, although it's rare and very inconsistent. I'll punch in the same settings and sometimes it'll work and transmit, other times it'll do absolutely nothing. I can't complain because one, it's free, and two, they mention it's unstable on Windows (wish I could dual boot but my computer seems to like to freeze on every Linux distro install, I feel it's something related to UEFI but have't gotten it figured out yet, and I have to leave Hyper-V enabled for Docker support so tunneling USB devices into a VM isn't possible without third party USB-over-LAN tools which I suspect will have far too high latency and probably be really buggy to be useful for much).
I currently use SDR Console for receiving (absolutely love this program) but the developer doesn't seem to have any plans for supporting transmit capabilities for the HackRF any time soon, or ever. I'd love to find a program that's similar that has both transmit and receive functionalities, but I'm more than happy to use one for transmitting and stick with SDR Console for receiving (obviously not at the same time).
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

  • Post by Iluta V Hi, everybody, I wonder if there is detailed info out there on how to update HackRF firmware to 2015.07. And also how to update CLPD and USB files as well.

Download:

Hackrf spectrum analyzer windows

Windows: Download the latest version
Linux: read Installation section below Photoshop cs5 activation code.

Features:

  • Optimized for only one purpose - to use HackRF as a spectrum analyzer
  • All changes in settings restart hackrf_sweep automatically
  • Easy retuning
  • Peak / Persistent display
  • Frequency allocation bands for EU / USA(partial)
  • High resolution waterfall plot
  • Spur filter - removes spur artifacts from the spectrum
  • hackrf_sweep integrated as a shared library

HackRF tools to flash or operate your HackRF. Connect your HackRF One to a USB port on your computer. Hold down both the DFU and RESET buttons on the HackRF. Then release the RESET button (closest to the edge). When i connected hackRF one on my computer is windows 10 pro cant detected automatically, and when i put hackRF one on DFU mode its detected as LPC (unknown Device) and when i open program zadig i see LPC can not find port Bulk-IN, interface (0) i install-rtlsdr and install SDRSharp.exe i see to.

Software

Requirements:

  • HackRF One with Firmware 2017.02.1 or newer (use linux inside virtual machine to update the firmware)

Installation:

Make sure HackRF is using at least the minimum firmware version (see above)

Hackrf Software Windows 10 64-bit

Windows: Minecraft pe mods ios cydia.

  1. Windows 7+ x64 required
  2. Install Java JRE 64bit v1.8+
  3. Download the latest version of Spectrum Analyzer and unzip
  4. Install HackRF as a libusb device
  5. Download Zadig and run
  6. Goto Options and check List All Devices
  7. Find 'HackRF One' and select Driver 'WinUSB' and click install
  8. Install (if you don't have one installed) Java JRE for Windows x64
  9. Run 'hackrf_sweep_spectrum_analyzer_windows.cmd'

Linux:

  1. To run, ensure these packages are installed (exact name depends on distro):
    libusb-1.0 libfftw3 default-jdk
  2. Newer openjdk might work also, not tested. On Ubuntu 18.04:
    sudo apt install libusb-1.0 libfftw3-bin default-jdk
  3. Follow the HackRF USB permissions setup - you have to add rules to udev to allow hackrf library to open the HackRF USB device, it does not work by default.

Hackrf Sdr Software

If something does not work, you can try to build it manually.

Building

Building native libraries for Windows (using mingw-w64) and linux is done in one unified build using Ubuntu 18.04 x64. Revo uninstaller license key.

  1. You'll need to install these packages:
    sudo apt install build-essential ant git libusb-1.0 libfftw3-bin libfftw3-dev default-jdk mingw-w64
  2. git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/pavsa/hackrf-spectrum-analyzer.git
  3. cd hackrf-spectrum-analyzer/src/hackrf-sweep/
  4. make
  5. To run, simply execute: build/hackrf_sweep_spectrum_analyzer_linux.sh

Known issues:

  • Spectrum updates stop on parameter change
    • Solution: press reset button on the HackRF (firmware bug)
